These terms govern your use of this site and any training session you book through Lakeview Training. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Lakeview Training is operated by Lakeview Brands, based in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at hello@lakeviewtraining.com.

2. Booking and scheduling

A session is confirmed once both parties agree on date, location, and scope in writing. We may decline or reschedule a booking for reasons including unavailability or scope that falls outside what we cover — if that happens, we'll work with you to find another date or offer a full refund of any deposit paid.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and quoted per engagement based on session length and content. Payment terms are set out in the invoice for each booking.

4. Onsite delivery

Sessions are delivered at the client's location. The client is responsible for providing a suitable space, equipment, and any access needed to deliver the training as agreed.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the booking agreement for each engagement.

6. Training materials

Materials provided during a session are for the client's internal use. They may not be resold or redistributed without permission.

7. Intellectual property

All training content, materials, and site content are the property of Lakeview Training unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lakeview Training's liability for any claim relating to a booked session is limited to the amount paid for that session.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
